in my entire life of living here in America
i've never seen a reaction for midterm elections
our former president Obama is campaigning again
Oprah Winfrey is supporting Georgia's democratic governor
Taylor Swift is giving her voice to urge young people to vote
i think we're all disgusted with this white house policies
GOD won't let there be another world war with these psycho leaders
in other countries or this one
refugees racing to America to escape
the rape & murder they face everyday
Trump can shove his business & his dad's inheritance
where the sun doesn't shine
he needs to remember that his ancestors came here
to escape their country
America is where you can breathe the freedom of fresh air
where you can be something or somebody
without stepping on anyone's shoes
Christianity will endure in the USA
and on our knees GOD will hear our prayers
Church is the right choice
in 2020 hoping someone bright will run the country right
and be civil to our own fellow countries cause we're all in this together
whether democrats Joe Kennedy or even Oprah run
you can guarantee they will have my vote
this country is becoming divided over race & greed
we once stood as a country where color & blood didn't matter
we breathe the same breath we fought to save our own
so our children could grow up unafraid
so let's stand up & fight the adversary
cause when our time comes we won't be found under a rock
but standing on the Rock
