she sleeps alone
a beautiful face
she's pleasant & gets angry like the rest of us
she takes care of her mother like no one i've ever known
she opened her door for me
i feel lucky to come from an unhealthy relationship
and have her make me a meal or two
woman in waiting
with patience & class she will find another man
she claims she knows me
as she watches me move inside her mouth
she can satisfy me
we've looked out at the ocean & the moon and stars above
we have a bond
we have a friendship, call it passion, call it what you will
